The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all content on this Site (the "Compilation") belong exclusively to Yesbobble. All software used on this Site (the "software") is the property of Yesbobble or its Software suppliers.

Other logos, slogans, trade names or words are registered trademarks, trademarks, or service marks of Yesbobble, its suppliers, or third parties. The use of any Yesbobble trademark or service mark without Yesbobble's expressly written consent is strictly prohibited. Typographical Errors
In the event a product price is listed incorrectly due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our vendors, Yesbobble shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Yesbobble will immediately credit your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Site Content and Information accuracy
Yesbobble's Site contains information, advice, text, and other materials that are provided for your convenience and enjoyment. You should be aware that the information might contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Yesbobble makes no representations or warranties as to the completeness, accuracy, adequacy, currency, or reliability of any information and shall not be liable for any lack of the foregoing. Descriptions of, or references to, products within this Site does not imply endorsement of that product.
Order Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Yesbobble reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Yesbobble reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Order charges - Changes
We will process your order as you specify from the order form or email that you have sent us as you ask. Sometimes, we will need to contact you prior to beginning a project and specify if an additional charge will be necessary to complete as you specified.
EX.. You order a custom bobblehead doll and in the notes ask for that doll to be sitting on a desk with a computer and phone on it. The desk, chair, computer and phone are not included in a custom bobblehead doll price listed. We would need to charge an additional amount to make it as specified.
Change orders - once we receive your order and begin production, changes from the original order are subject to additional charges. Meaning, if you send us a photo with a person wearing sunglasses, we will create what we see. Once the proof is received, if you require the removal of glasses, an additional charge would apply. This applies to body, clothing, colors as well. As all our work is custom designed, we can not simply remove clothing, or change a baked on color.
Our success rate with our customers is near perfect. We are proud of this and base it on our ability to communicate with our clients as well as draw feedback from them as we sculpt each step.
